Biographical Note: ROGER SCULLY is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Institute of Welsh Politics at Aberystwyth University, UK. His research focuses on political representation in the United Kingdom and the European Union. He is the author of "Becoming Europeans? RICHARD WYN JONES is Director of the Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University, UK, having previously been Professor of Welsh Politics and Director of the Institute of Welsh Politics at Aberystwyth University.
