Judging War Criminals: The Politics of International Justice
Y. Beigbeder

Based on the precedents of the Nuremberg and Tokyo Tribunals and of the War Crimes Tribunals for Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, the new Court will judge individuals, not States.
