?Epiphanics? (ep a fan? iks) are small epiphanies from simple experiences or commonplace occurrences. The intuitive perceptions can be light, medium, or dark.

These are the rules for my one-breath poetry: use only one sentence, ten or more lines, a strict rhyme scheme; and be able to read the poem in one breath.

to the length
or shortness
of the day
and be free
from swift
or sluggish time
if you keep
your heart
unmoved
by sadness,
untouched
by joy.
