The saying goes, many are called but few are chosen. In the quest to save the world, a group of young people known as the Kids at the Heart of Normal Society or the K. A. T. H. I. N. S., risk their lives every day to protect our realm from an ancient evil. They look like every day people, with normal jobs and lives. From their birth and throughout their childhood, they were groomed by the Powers That Be to protect with their very lives, the Secret Scrolls, documents that will give ultimate power to whomever has them in their possession. The Powers That Be placed the scrolls in strategic places on the earth, to thwart the efforts of Amdogata, a being who is hell-bent on controlling the entire galaxy as well as destroying the earth, the most favored place of the Powers That Be. After a millennium of searching, Amdogata has finally found the location of the Secret Scrolls. Amdogata will stop at nothing to retrieve them, enlisting the help of other alien races as well humans to accomplish his mission. It is now up to Young Octane, The Merciful, and the rest of the K. A. T. H. I. N. S. to fulfill the purpose they have been preparing for their whole lives, to guard the Secret Scrolls and defend the earth from evil. The question is, are they prepared to meet their destiny?
