To Nurture the Soul of a Nation: Latino Families, Catholic Schools, and Educational Opportunity is a report of the Notre Dame Task Force on the Participation of Latino Children and Families in Catholic Schools. The goal of the report is to identify ways to attract and support the Latino community's fuller participation in Catholic schooling in the United States and is a first step toward a long-term commitment. Reflections and recommendations are offered for doubling the percentage of Latino children in Catholic schools and providing the Catholic school advantage to 1 million Latino children.
