If someone would have come to me a year ago, and told me: ?One day real soon, you will wake up in the morning hearing words inside your head, and as you write them down, you will realize that you are writing poems. Later on, you will receive instructions to arrange those poems into a book that you will be publishing by next year? ?well, I probably would have thought that person was crazy. But here I am, almost a year later, writing the introduction to my first book ever: a book of poems that was written just like that person would have described. How did this happen? You may ask. It seems to me that it is but one of the byproducts of my quest for a deeper, quieter and more joyful understanding, and experience, of myself and life. A quest that has taken me on several wild rides into the very depths of some of the darkest, but also brightest places of my soul.
