As a family physician, Dr. Flareau has served as a professor in two universities, has written and spoke nationally and internationally on a variety of health care topics. As an academic, president of the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and physician executive, Dr. Flareau has over 20 years of healthcare experience. Ken Yale, DDS, JD, is vice president of Clinical Solutions at ActiveHealth Management. Previously he built and launched innovative health technologies and business models for a variety of health organizations, including clinically integrated networks, patient-centered medical homes, accountable care organizations, health plans, medical management companies, and health information technology companies. Before building innovative health businesses, he was chief of staff of the White House Office of Science and Technology, served as a special assistant to the President and executive director of the White House Domestic Policy Council (DPC), was legislative counsel to the U. S. Senate, and a commissioned officer in the U. S. Public Health Service. J. M. Bohn, MBA, is founder of Clinical Horizons, Inc. and focuses on communications, planning, and secondary research initiatives related to health care industry transformation and innovation. These fields include health information technology, health care provider, and academic research issues. Joanne's MBA is from the University of Louisville and in 2014 she is a PhD candidate with a specialization in health management at the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences.
