This Manual promulgates policy and guidance for seamanship practices for Coast Guard Aids to Navigation units and serves as a guide for wire rope practices throughout the Coast Guard. Why buy a book you can download for free? We print the paperback book so you don't have to. First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure it's the latest version (not always easy).
