Dr. Flood is an adjunct assistant professor of management and corporate communication at University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler MBA program. He earned an "Intercultural Edge" certificate from Duke University Center for International Business Education and Research, and serves on the Advisory Council of the Center for International Business Education and Research. Flood has presented on business communication subjects across the world, from Chapel Hill to Egypt.
