He is the coauthor of three books on leadership, including The Leadership Pipeline with Ram Charan and Steve Drotter and Leadership Passages with David Dotlich and Norman Walker. David L. Dotlich, Ph.. D., is a senior partner with Oliver Wyman, a founder of The Executive Learning Center, and formerly was president of Mercer Delta Consulting. He consults to executive committees, CEOs, and senior leaders in the areas of leadership, business and talent strategy, and executive coaching with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Nike, Nordstrom, UBS, Bank of America, Sara Lee, Target, and Norvartis.
