Bronze Age Pottery of the Isle of Man: Evidence for Cultural Movement Around the Irish Sea Basin (Bar British)
Jennifer Woodcock
This study examines Bronze Age pottery finds from the Isle of Man itself and its nearest neighbours to identify similarites in type, form and function and by determining a chronology, to gain an impression of cultural movement. It shows that the Isle of Man cannot be considered as isolated during the Bronze Age and that cultural contacts existed throughout the Irish Sea Basin.
