A cryptozoological classic from Ulwencreutz Media. This book was originally privately published in 1886 in Edinburgh. In this publication, Goldsmid brought together rare treatises written in the 1600's which discussed strange and mythical creatures. These fascinating works attempted to separate fact from fiction. While we may not today reach the same conclusions, they provide us with a rare glimpse into the minds of those early scholars who were struggling to understand the world around them.
