So, in this book I set out my best estimates of what might be happening in the future. It is not pretty. And the fundamental reason for this is the law of karma: that when one does 'bad' things one is due to suffer. It is my thesis that there is no more reincarnation and that the amount of 'bad' things that have been done over the last few decades has been enormous. Most particularly, there has been enormous injury to animals, largely but not entirely due to the past trend to non-vegetarianism.
