Murder and violence, these are all a part of the urban culture and as a Philadelphia homicide detective Lieutenant Nathaniel Robinson has been involved in the dark side of the urban experience and human culture for his entire time as a police officer. But with the supposedly routine murder investigation of Clayton Roberts, Lt. Robinson and his partner Cheryl Williams become ensnared in a web of deceit and murder that claims the life of Cheryl and leads Lt. Robinson on a chase that leads from Philadelphia to Washington D. C. Lt. Robinson embarks on a journey that opens his eyes too the workings of our government and unveils an international plot to destroy much of mankind. Lt. Through the horrors of what he finds out he learns the evil that normal men are capable of in the name of power, and also learns that there will always be men like himself that will stand up to those who would misuse their power.
