Philip Houseman, a private investigator on the Atlantic Island of Bermuda witnesses a canister of drugs being dropped from a passing boat. His natural curiosity forces him to go looking for the canister. When he finds out that the canister is full of cocaine he immediately sets about trying to find the owners. unfortunately the owner of the canister find him first. Phil meets, by accident, a beautiful woman called Melissa. He quickly finds out that she is related to the owner of the canister. Is she a plant? Can he trust her? Only time will tell as Phil enlists the help of his friend Bruce Hurst.
