Those customers need fast and reliable methods to complete their transactions in shorter time. Therefore, it is time that governments are required to establish their Electronic Government Service; Saudi Arabia. government is not an exception as there are many obstacles that greatly slow down customer's transactions. The Saudi government is supposed to do its best to remove those obstacles that slow down the industrial market development and economic growth in Saudi Arabia. Those obstacles in the path of establishing E-Government services slow down attracting international investment money to Saudi Arabia and developing the Saudi industries.
