We will call him Johnnie. Johnnie was with his two cousins who had not been town long when trouble broke out concerning them. Because of Johnnie's trouble childhood and early problem teen years he had made up his mind that he was not going to get in any trouble anymore in life. The two adult cousins shot one of the Big Hustlers of the community over a woman causing them to have run and leave the state. The year was 1937 in Tennessee. The law was not going to let this rest so they found them in Alabama and shipped them back to Tennessee for trial. After the trial they received 393 years and Johnnie received 93 years alone.
