Further complicating matters is Leila Callaghan, Leslie's cousin and the leader of the Elementals, one of the two factions fighting for Faeryland. So when a nameless winged stranger is willing to provide Leslie with the answers and closure she's been longing for, she ignores that he fights in the faction opposing her cousin and discovers far more about her family than she ever could have imagined.
