One Lost Night Can Change Everything... Twenty-two-year-old Kylie had her sights set on becoming the next editor-in-chief of an elite fashion magazine, while living in a brownstone in Greenwich Village. After moving to New York City, she is faced with the reality where trying to get a job interview was more challenging than scheduling lunch with the president, and of living in the midst of gang-ridden Brooklyn. As Kylie's city of dreams begins to turn into a city that feasted on the glory of shredding aspirations of 22-year-old Idahoans, she must turn to her fallback skill, bartending, to pay the rent. A bar manager, whom everyone calls the Malaka, takes Kylie under her wing, giving her a job at a sports bar. This savior becomes Kylie's advisor, offering her urban survival tips in the harsh city. However, Kylie soon learns how the Malaka earned her Greek nickname. An intriguing opportunity offers to rescue the small-town girl from a toxic relationship, however, it may not have come soon enough.
