The Appalachian Highlands Network contains three parks that are larger than 100 square miles: Great Smoky Mountains (GRSM), Big South Fork (BISO), and Blue Ridge (BLRI). It also contains one smaller park: Obed (OBRI). National maps of atmospheric S and N emissions and deposition are provided in Maps A through D as context for subsequent network data presentations.
