Barbara Alpha spent the majority of her life living in hostility towards God, while thinking she was in good standing with Him. Barbara admits that it is a scary thought now, realizing that she had believed that she was okay with God up until she had an encounter with Him and was truly born again. While eternally grateful to God for rescuing her, Barbara confesses that she is not a stranger to abuse, nor blind to the consequences of sin. Proverbs 24:16 NLT Though Barbara may not have everything figured out, one thing she knows for sure is that she loves God, and without a doubt, He loves her! "I don't mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me." Philippians 3:12-14 NLT Barbara's heart is for others to share in this revelation-to know God, love God and to believe that He loves them and will truly never forsake them! "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, 'Do not fear; I will help you.'" Isaiah 41:13 NIV Barbara is the founder and director of a ministry that reaches out to people, mostly teens, that have been abused, neglected and rejected by the very people that should have been loving and protecting them. She is also a Licensed Minister and Certified Faith Based Counselor.
