Publisher Marketing: I was born in a little town, in a home in which my father built, a place called Ponchatoula Louisiana. I am proud of being from this little Country town; known as a Country Girl. Being from this town, our values were very high, not only how we felt about ourselves, but also how we care about others, and how we treat them. My passion and love in God stemmed from these values and, over the years, has strengthened my walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. I am also thankful to have two grown sons, Derick and Jermaine Cade; nine grandchildren and two special great granddaughters; known as my G'Gs. I also have many daughters. Although they are not my biological daughters, they are the ones, in which the Lord Jesus has given me. I give a very warm and heartfelt thank you to that daughter who helped me in getting this book of poetry out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I consider myself as being very sensitive, fun loving person. I love people and want to see them succeed in life. I believe one way they will succeed is to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ! I have been so very blessed to know the Lord Jesus as my personal Savior, and for Him to have blessed me to have met and married the love of my life, LeRoy Cade. God used him in many areas of my life and though he went home to be with the Lord in 2013, it is through God's love expressed through LeRoy that inspired me to write this book. Also a special thanks to family, friends, my Aglow team and the countless others who were an inspiration. You may not have known that you were helping me, but you played a part in what I needed to write! Thank you!
