The battle for the soul of a country knows no boundaries. The son of a Turkish legislator comes to New Haven, Connecticut to study law. He is pursued by terrorists. As always, his Schutzhund trained German Shepherd, Ma Hergen's Boston Noir, is at Frank's side.
