A suspense thriller that revolves around a 'Rising Tower', the Tower that was coming up in Riyadh, the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, way back in late nineties, which would be the 'Tallest Tower' in the whole of Middle East when completed. An engineer who was part of this high rise building project plans for a short vacation with his family at the tallest Kingdom Tower Complex. Well versed with the project, he takes his family around the Tower Complex and they are very much thrilled and excited, probably the best holidays they ever had. But their happiness didn't last long. In a sudden turn of events, over ten thousand people including men, women and children who were inside the Tower Complex are taken hostages by an International Action Group. The Action Group in their letter to the head of the world Body, the UN Secretary General claimed the full responsibility for this action and placed their demands against the release of the hostages. The whole world was shocked at this 'Breaking news'. But, how did the Action Group manage to enter the Complex undetected and take full control of the whole Kingdom Tower Complex, in spite of their ultra-modern security system? An unsolved mystery? The 'horrifying episode', exciting and breathtaking moments that followed were beyond anybody's imagination. There was tremendous pressure from the world community on the world leaders forcing them to find a peaceful solution to this burning issue, the release of thousands of innocent people held in captivity. All the events that followed this hostage crisis across the world are described very dramatically in real terms and conveyed through various studio discussions and TV interviews in a most professional manner. What will happen to those hostages? Will they be released? Or the Tower will be turned into another Towering Inferno?
