Skyrunning is the exciting combination of fell running with technical rock scrambling which take the runner on exposed ridges and steep ground; all with panoramic beautiful views. This guide provides the tools to develop on trail-knowledge and running skills through introductory, mid distance and ultra runs. The challenge for the runner is to progress through all 17 adventurous, epic mountain trails, completing the whole series including the grand finale ultra; 'The Skylander'.
