I am no longer with you, and can't make you smile. There's so much we could live together but time is up. I can see you are watching me while I am sleeping, aware I won't wake up from sleep. I feel you're wishing it could be more time for me, and for all of us. I see it in your eyes while silently shouting up, and hearing nothing but your own breathing. I know your sadness, and all fears you are fighting but I can't comfort you. However, one day I'll be back. I'll meet you, and be a part of your life again. You'll recognize me in little dog eyes whose most important mission in life would be to love you and belong to you. Until then let me sleep and wish me a safe trip. And, please remember me.
