Jabari Simms is a 16 year old young man who just found out that he was HIV positive and having some serious emotions going on. Having to deal with all the emotions of being told he had the virus, it didn't help much having to tell his folks of his status and as well as breaking the news to them that he's gay. Jabari's folks eventually enroll him in a program called, "House In Virginia" for youth who have been diagnosed with being HIV positive. Jabari learns more about his status and realize that maybe he didn't have a death sentence. Needless to say, during the 6 week program, Jabari meets a few interesting people along the way. Come follow Jabari in his journey of becoming comfortable within himself.
