While most insects look either scary or unattractive, Butterflies are simply beautiful. With their different shapes of wings and colorful designs, they are really a joy to have around.



What's even more interesting is the Butterfly's life cycle. They start out as worm-like creatures (which is quite creepy) but end up as these amazing looking insects.



The body of a Butterfly is made up of three parts - the head, the main body called the thorax, and the lower body called the abdomen. The wings are attached to the thorax. The legs, head, and abdomen are also attached to the main body.
