Those of you who read my first book will know that I am a Nepalese mountain hound from the Makalu region in the high Himalaya. You may be forgiven for asking the question: how on earth did a Nepalese dog come to be travelling to Chad in the Sahara desert?I needed a safe and easy way to get to one of the most remote parts of the world.
