The present book is divided into three major chapters. In the first chapter the generalities concepts and history are referred, in the second chapter the nature and in the third chapter the effects of spiritual ownership in law and jurisprudence are presented. Because the rights of spiritual ownership are like as the material rights, supporting the creators and producers must be considered seriously. Because the spiritual ownerships have the innate origin and the scholars gave the validity to it and their importance isnot less than the objective ownerships, the Persons who damage the spiritual rights of them without any permission or occupy, they will be considered criminal that the public punishment law and supporting law of authors and writers has determined their crime. It is suggested that respecting to the high level of lawyers, knowledge and The Shiite jurisprudence eminent and the authorities should pay attention to the person's and the responsible systems spiritual rights. In this way, we try to renew the soul of innovation and creative in the spiritual ownership.
