Contributor Bio: Jafari, Ali Ali Jafari is the director of the CyberLab and a professor of computer technology in the school engineering and technology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. He has initiated, directed, and codeveloped the Interactive Multimedia Distribution System, the Oncourse enterprise course management system, and the Angel e-Learning Portal, and he has initiated and established the ePort Consortium. He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mark Sheehan is the executive director for information services and the chief information officer for Montana State University. He is a contributor to EDUCAUSE Review, EDUCAUSE Quarterly, and ONLINE. He is the recipient of the UMI Excellence in Writing Award for his article "Pulling the Internet Together with Mosaic." published in ONLINE. He lives in Bozeman, Montana.
