These thirty-six imperatives, if applied to your life, will help you grow in the image of Christ. I'll be the first to admit that I am a long way from applying all of these to my life. However, I am pressing toward the mark of the prize of the high calling. I pray that these teachings will help you to grow also. Phillip Mehringer has been a pastor for forty years. He has pastored in Kansas, Texas, Colorado, West Germany, and Washington state. He and wife, Moureen, have been married for fifty-four years and have four adult children, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He is now semi-retired and lives in Midland, Texas where they attend First Baptist Church.
