He is also the President of Discovery for Men and Women, outreach ministries that inspire and motivate men and women to take up their God-ordained positions of leadership and influence in the home and in the society. He is aired on several radio stations across Nigeria and writes a weekly leadership column in a foremost national newspaper. A petroleum engineer by training, he has received many awards in recognition of his unique leadership abilities. He was married to 'Bimbo Odukoya, who was called to glory in December 2005, and is blessed with three wonderful children.
