Best friends Stone, Tad and Gabe are out on another of their adventures, exploring the woods, rivers and lakes around their home in Battle Creek, Michigan. After losing their way, the trio is enveloped by a strange light. When the light disappears, they find themselves somewhere that is definitely not Battle Creek-somewhere that has two moons in the sky! But the bigger problem is that the boys are not alone. There is a full-scale battle with real weapons going on all around them. Before they can make sense of anything, and as deadly arrows whistle overhead, they come face-to-face with a beautiful girl who says that she is Princess Antonia of Raconia. The boys have no choice but to follow the princess to safety and try to figure out what they are doing in this strange and magical land...and how they are going to get home! Author Rob Grable grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan and currently lives not far away in Kalamazoo. The saga of Raconia will continue on in Return to Raconia.
