For ages 3-9... Mia is a six year old first grade student. She has recently moved from the city to the suburbs and she isn't happy about it. She has to ride a school bus, instead of her mommy driving her to school. Her classmates always ask her silly questions, or say mean things; like calling her hair "snake hair". Mia wishes everyone can look the same, but her mommy teaches Mia a powerful lesson using the flowers from her garden to show how different everyone is, but unique and beautiful in their own way.
