Johnny and Jesus is a retrospective look on the life of a man who started with meager beginnings and overcame life's difficulties with the strength of his conventions. His journey reveals the unfortunate and, often times, inconvenient truths of his early years in the South. Johnny's life becomes an open-book as he shares the pits and peaks of life as he walks in faith with Jesus. Johnny Miller wrote his autobiography more than sixteen years ago, but was recently led and inspired by God to republish his story in 2012. He has served this country and is a U. S. Army veteran. His service is never-ending as he continues to give back. Johnny unceasingly contributes to organizations that are committed to spreading God's word around the world. He has been a child sponsor for thirteen years and has been persistent in sending bibles to many countries. He has served faithfully as a trustee at Gospel Hill Baptist Church for many years. Johnny currently lives in Humble, Texas and is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
