Ravens of Time Go Underground with Harriet Tubman Jane Reville

The Ravens of Time are back! They travel with Harriet Tubman as she leads slaves to freedom, nurses an African American guard at a Confederate prison camp, and journeys with General Wallace to save the city of Washington. Along the way, the ravens spur skunks into action, thwart a bloodhound, attack slave owners, and get trapped in a cannon.



As three horses with riders galloped up the lane, their nostrils blew steam into the cold morning air. Their riders beat them with whips. Tally, the raven, landed on a branch near Peck. "Patrollers!" screeched Peck. "They're coming to take Ruby away!" "Do something!" squawked Tally.



Beneath Tally, Peck spied a hornet's nest hanging from a branch. The time traveling-ravens fly into action!
