Is it wrong to want a passion that can bring you praises and success?This is the question Adanna Ikeji asks herself every morning before grading papers for her English high school class. While her peers are able to impress others through their passions and achievements, Adanna feels lost as she fails to identify a passion for...anything. She's eventually inspired to pursue journalism as her purpose, and becomes determined to enter her writing into a prized magazine. Try after try, Adanna is rejected, but finally creates an article worthy of publication. But all the glory that comes with the achievement may not be as important as it seems. Through challenging conversations and some self-reflection, Adanna eventually learns the true meaning of passion, and discovers that it may have been with her all along.
