I could see and feel our bodies intertwining and changing. He reached for my hands and took them in his. Even though they were like vapor, I could feel his fingers wrap around mine. We moved together, circling each other, never letting loose of our grip. Then, suddenly, he stopped. We stood there looking at each other. He began to move even closer to me. I could feel the temperature in my body rising. My heart was fluttering so fast, I couldn't breathe. It felt like I was underwater, struggling for air yet at the same time not needing it.

Christi knew what was happening to her. Water was changing her body. Her dreams were not only taking over her mind but were becoming a reality. There was healing power in her touch.
