Fragile, Resilient Amanda

The poems here cover a fairly large age gap; some were written when I was seventeen to eighteen years old; most, however, have been within the past couple of years. I believe I was sixteen when I wrote the short story at the end. I hope people who read this can see something resembling progress in my writing as they read the more recent ones. More than that, I truly hope some of the people who read this can relate to and identify with some of the feelings I've tried to express. I certainly don't claim my work as being great, but as long as it continues to be a sort of therapy to me, I will continue to do so.
