When a Conservative politician has his life savings stolen as a result of the so-called 419 scam emanating from Nigeria, Doug McGee, a former SAS Commander, is sent to Africa by the British Government. His mission, to find the culprits behind this and numerous other frauds, that are relieving people of their hard earned cash. The main suspect called, Mohamed Elsessi, is a hardened criminal. When he realises he's under investigation, he goes on the rampage in a vicious campaign that involveskidnapping and murder, before he is finally tracked down and stopped.
