Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, habits and personal development. Educational methods include teaching, training, storytelling, discussion and directed research. During the British reign in India, the seed of Indian writing in English was sown. The seed has grown into a beautiful evergreen tree with fragrant blossoms and juicy fruits. The fruits are being 'chewed and digested' not only by the indigenous people but also by the foreigners. It only happened as a result of the regular attention, pruning, and feeding. Tagore, Sri Aurobindo, R. K. Narayan, and Raja Rao, to name a few, were among the gardeners who watched after the delicate plant at all hours of the day and night. It is now guarded by several writers who have received numerous prizes and accolades from all around the world.



Indian English Literature is a sincere effort to showcase the ever-rare treasures of Indian English writing. Indian Writing has evolved into a new type of Indian culture and speech in which India frequently converses, from being a singular and extraordinary, rather gradual local flare-up of geniuses. Since the pre-Independence era, Indian writers - poets, novelists, essayists, and dramatists - have made significant contributions to international literature, the last few years have seen a massive flourishing and thriving of Indian English Writing in the worldwide market.
