The Grand Jury convened in Adams County found no reason to indict anyone as a result of their investigation into judicial misconduct in the Adams County Court System. The impaneled body of citizens discovered something or someone that had reshaped their view of the facts. Even though the judicial system in Adams County seemed to be extremely dysfunctional the panel brought criminal charges against no one. Judge David Anthony Reelety and Attorney Charles Christopher Leonie had walked away from the proceedings completely unscathed. True Justice had been subverted once again. John-Allen's plans had not come to fruition. He evidently still had work ahead of him.
