By 2030, Japan and Russia expect to have colonies on the Moon. How might CANOPOLIS enclaves nested within sovereign First Nations be planned out as habitats for 100,000 people of various cultural backgrounds? Each CANOPOLIS might send its own colonists to the Moon. Canada will balkanize soon as First Nations take seats in the UN General Assembly. GODBOT faces up to that reality as well as the reality of robotic teaching machines in which the CANOPOLIS-related lecture/monologues and question/answer sets of near-future Canadians will be installed by ESP (Expert System Programming). Even now, a "Hawkingbot" model could be built with artificial intelligence and vitality scores much higher than those of the real Hawking. A Turing-like test can be passed and sur-passed now. That revolutionizes higher education, making the costly teaching campus obsolete and bringing down student loan debt which totals over one trillion dollars today. CANOPOLIS education will be available to all without indebtedness.
