Mike Phillips was a recovering alcoholic and anorexic who found deep joy in his relationship with Jesus. His spiritual journal was recently published in a book entitled "Conversations with Jesus." A man of suffering with a tender heart for others, Mike had a special interest in the passion and sufferings of Jesus. He read and wrote extensively about the passion and suffering of Jesus. "The Passionate Love of Jesus" are a compilation of Mike's reflections on the of the Jesus he loved whom he referred to as "lover" and "savior."
