In this book, I am writing from the point of view of my now twelve-year-old son. With it, I hope to give a more personal and first-hand look at what a child with Autism really feels on a day to day, month to month, and even yearly basis. I have gathered this information by watching my son who was diagnosed with high-functioning autism at the age of two years old. The experiences that will be shared within are his and his alone. But, please understand that even though his story is like this that does not mean that all children with Autism are the same. They each learn and grow at a different rate and in a different way. Also, included are the thoughts and opinions of his family.
