The Cloudarians were assigned by the "Core" to watch over earth's atmosphere, weather patterns, and its oceans and streams. Because of man's failure to guard against the pollution of earth, a division arose among the Cloudarians as to the existence of earth and humankind.

The Cloudarians lived in a sphere within the earth's life cycle. The Cloudarians' people were assigned a purpose in life by the Core.
