Set in the 1960's, young Tyler sits on the front porch with his Papa as the two spot a stray dog trespassing in his papa's yard. His Papa doesn't take too kindly to flea bitten mutts. Bucky and Elvis were first introduced to readers in Mister Twix Mystery, a Cat Scene Investigation. The duo were cat scene investigators attempting to solve the mystery of the missing Mister Twix. The book is a fun read for kids and adults in a time when life was simple and innocent for the most part.
