Vicky Donahue, a preacher's wife, and Wayne Tipton, a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agent, are recruited by the federal government to track down the global human trafficking culprits. Vicky and Wayne, along with an assembled ragtag group of operatives, struggle to break the encrypted computer code used to shield the identities of those responsible. As they begin to uncover the code, they stumble onto a plot that threatens the security of the United States and much of the world. With time running out, a serial killer strikes at the unit.
