Ten going on Eleven-year-old girl Jessica Munro was visited by the ghosts of two children who were murdered by an evil caretaker who worked at their school.

Jessica had no idea who the two ghost children were or what they wanted from her.

Back at her home Jessica tells her parents about the two shadowy ghostly figures who keep on contacting her and begging her relentlessly to help them.

Her parents listened intently with a sense of skepticism.

But after the evil caretaker constantly torments the family, Jessica's father Fred decides to report it to the police. They in turn are skeptical about her story due to the paranormal element and categorically refuse to open an investigation.

Jessica begins to lose all hope that anything will be done until good old Chief Inspector Hodge who was in charge of a case ten years ago when two children went missing decided to reopen it.
